You will receive a notification when we have fullfilled the order and we will attach a Tracking Link to the order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks ( 30 days ) after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Since all our products are custom made for each customer, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
